Inkspot's gift is a small, simple box. Quite plainly sitting over there. Does Lioncourt dare to touch it after Meletiti Entelecheiai's recommendation?

Yes, yes she does. After all, it's been long enough to make her point, and she is curious as to what her fellow plant-mage might have sent her.

Some kind of plant device, set with glowing flowers. When the box opens, it brightens, flowers unfurling and sparkling just a little. There are a number of buttons on the device, and a note explaining it.

According to the note, it plays music, and requires only minimal upkeep. There's a set of instructions for adding new songs, which seems to be relatively simple and based around growing new flowers grown from this device and exposing them to the music recorded.

She looks over her shoulder at Inkspot.

She grins, then puts the flowers down. What present next...?

Inside are four identical, teardrop crystals. They are translucent and colorless, reflecting the shade of the light falling on them. Each is on a silver chain.
A note folded up inside reads:
No matter where you are, these can bring you home. Think of where you want to go. Few barriers will stop you and your travel will not attract attention. The four are connected, each knows where the others are. Congratulations!

Lioncourt holds one up to the light, and watches it sparkle and glimmer.

"... Quite the remarkable gift."

She favours Glen with a smile, then carefully puts the stone back into its box. The box... does not go back onto the table, but it's not in Lioncourt's hands anymore, either.

She turns back to the table. Who shall be next...?

Over there is a cylinder of light brown paper, covered in tiny, colorfully painted abstract designs, and sealed on each end with a shimmery blue disk.

The disk pops off, revealing two folded paper boxes, and a rolled sheet of paper. The boxes are respectively marked with the characters for "glow vine" and "fire-berry bush" and the paper is entitled "Growing Instructions."

... Very interesting. As Engineer said, they're not... based on the same patterns, yet they're still definitely biological...

She lets out a small 'hmm.'

After a moment, she realizes that she's still in the middle of opening presents, and flashes a smile to Botanical Engineer.

"Thank you so much for the gift. These are fascinating."

She carefully reseals the tube and sets it aside where it won't be crushed, then moves on to her next gift.

It is a spellbook, entitled "Sif Muna's Guide on Earthen Creation".

Inside the front cover is a note in beautiful calligraphy:

"You might not be able to cast these, since you do not appear to have spell slots, despite having MP. However, I have observed people brought to the Dungeon by Xom's influence, and they do gain an appropriate number of spell slots. There's a pile of books still waiting to be examined.

Reading the back covers shows that they are textbooks that go over how to use Fractal's magic system to identify and cure anything that' physically wrong with a person: from broken bones to cancer to infection to old age.

The instructions go into the 'why' as well as 'how', so it's possible the results could be reverse-engineered to apply to other magic systems or technology.
