Arrivals at the Entry Hall (Lioncourt's Coronation Party)

The entry hall of Lioncourt's castle is a vast, gothic thing, with deep burgundy tapestries on the walls and matching carpet underfoot. The precisely-fitted masonry has been polished within an inch of its life, the dark stone gleaming sullenly in the insistently cheery light of the newly-installed electric lamps.

Within the high arches of the surrounding baulaustrades, two women intone the same spell, matching each other's cadence: A pale girl, looking little older than a child, and a tall, red-haired woman with serious slate-grey eyes.

As the last syllable fades, twin portals shimmer into existence: the first multiversal party in the Many Worlds is officially underway!

"There should be a table in the gardens for such things." She gestures towards the open double-doors at the end of the hall. "Thank you, by the way." She smiles intently at the books, too dignified to reach up to touch one of their spines - but only just.

"I'm quite happy to give them. We just finished writing them, and I'm very proud of them. The magic may not translate, but the exact problems and how they are addressed are reasonable non-magic dependent." He smiles and inclines his head.
"I'll go put them away now-and thanks for inviting me."

Upon further inspection, the authors are "Dr. Erik Stone and Archmage Jesus Nazerath", and the volumes are
